
There’s no right or wrong way to drink Streamertail Rum but here are some of our favourite serves.
Streamertail & Tonic
25ml-50ml Streamertail Rum
Tonic (we recommend Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic)
1 Thin Slice of Orange
Fill a long glass with Ice and pour in your Streamertail. Top up with a Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic or your preferred tonic. Get creative with your garnishes by adding herbs, spices or fruits depending on your mood!
Simple Daiquiri
50ml Streamertail Rum
35-50ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice (depending on your preferred tartness)
25ml Simple Sugar Syrup (1:1 Sugar:Water - dissolved)
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake hard for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a lime wedge.
MOJITO
50ml Streamertail Rum
1/2 a Lime (cut into 3-4 wedges)
1 tsp Sugar
10-15 mint leaves
Soda Water
Put the lime wedges and sugar in the glass and muddle (mash) them together. Clap the mint leaves and add to the Lime/sugar juice. Fill half the glass with ice (crushed if you can) and add the Streamertail then stir. Top up with more ice, Soda and a sprig of mint.
